Veltiosis Consulting is currently seeking Senior Consultants with Management Consulting experience to help our clients identify opportunities within their operations and maintenance divisions.

Duties for this specific engagement

• Accurately analyze processes, systems, organizational functions and structures using interviews, shop floor observations (including DILOs), data and statistical analysis studies, and other techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits.
• Prepare presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel), critiques of processes, tools and behaviors.
• Ability to engage operators, mechanics, and frontline supervision.
• Present materials to top clients and leadership.
  
  

Skills & Knowledge

• Fluency in English and in another language is mandatory (Spanish or French).
• 5+ years in management consulting or similar role (such as Continuous Improvement).
• Takes safety very seriously and adheres to all safety protocols and use of PPEs.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (heavy machinery, mining).
• Experience with business performance improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present thoughts clearly and concisely.
• Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint & Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI a plus, but not necessary.

Will need to pass a Background Check.
Will need at least 2 references.
